     for accounting and tax purposes, we process personal data for a period specified by law,

     to fulfill the archiving obligation, we process personal data for the archiving period stipulated by legal regulations;

Your rights
a) Right of access to personal data
You have the right to request confirmation from our company whether we process your personal data. If we process your personal data, then you have the right to access this personal data, the right to obtain information about the purpose of personal data processing, categories of personal data, recipients of personal data to whom personal data were made available, time of personal data storage or criteria for determining this time. , information on the right to request the correction or deletion of personal data, restrictions on their processing, the possibility to raise an objection to the processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
b) The right to correct personal data
If your personal data that we process is inaccurate, you have the right to request that our company correct it without undue delay.
c) Right of cancellation
You have the right to request that our company delete your personal data that we process without undue delay if:

    they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;

    you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data and there is no other legal reason for the processing of your personal data;

    personal data are processed for the purposes of the legitimate interests of our company or a third party and you raise an objection to the processing of personal data and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing;
